Our clinicians are currently managing four times the usual volume of test results. Many of these results are fragmented, duplicated, missing clinical details, and using inconsistent units, which significantly increases the time needed to review them properly.

We kindly ask for your patience during this time. There is no need to repeatedly call or message the practice to check if your results have been reviewed - we assure you that we are working through them as quickly and thoroughly as possible.

At present, we are unable to send SMS updates regarding test results. However, please be rest assured that if there are any serious or abnormal findings, we will contact you directly. In the meantime, we encourage you to check your results through the NHS App or online patient record. If your results appear incomplete, please check again in a few days.
